INDUSTRY – Financial / Any❶ JOB SPECIFICATIONS:DESIRABLEA) Handling of Cash and Cheque Collection.B) Prepare daily cash collection from customer / staff and deposition into bank accounts, and update vault book and Excel MIS system.C) Operate a teller window and/or function as cash / key custodian as assigned.D) Responsible for issuance of Statement of Accounts, processing of loan closure requests and other services to customers.E) Maintain Branch operational files according to retention and compliance guidelines.SPECIFICA) Candidate must have knowledge of managing Petty cash.B) Responsible of compliance of all regulatory and Service Quality of branch.❷ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :A) Open and close the branch, as needed.B) Resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.C) Ensure all operational duties such as cash advances and official checks verification are completed on a daily basis.D) Ensure that courier schedules are being met and recorded as per laid down process.E) Maintain Branch operational files according to retention and compliance guidelines.F) Provide back up for all duties of Customer Service Officer when necessary.G) Cooperate with and complete assignments associated with internal and external audits in a timely fashion.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonus
