valve manifolds and inspection of

critical machined components.

● Monitoring & Ensuring the Quality of Incoming products as per drawing and

standards(i.e bars, hex,squares,flanges,pipe, pipe fittings etc)

● Verifying the raw material test certificate of inward material and

documenting as per ISO

● Raising non-conformance and analysis of defects, timely corrective &

preventive action.

● Clearance of GRN of inward material by SAP –QM module.

● Coordinating with suppliers for quality products and new development.

● Manage the Supplier Quality Program to improve the quality of raw

materials, or qualify new vendors

● Identify the repetitive non-conforming dimensions and support to fixture

supplier for correction of Fixtures by using dimensional measurement

● Pre-Dispatch Inspection activities – Ensure inspection of all Lots before

Dispatch. To ensure the quality of Inspection. To ensure control of NC

Products. To ensure identification / implementation of counter measure

action for any defecting line Quality problems.

● Participating in Supplier Process Audits for critical part suppliers

● To coordinate Measurement System correlation between suppliers and

receiving inspection

● Process development and improvement by using qc tools like poka yoke,

5s, spc etc

● Coordinating with the third-party inspection, preparing

documents for inspection, raising inspection calls (Works with

3rd party inspection agency

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
