Position: Head Public Affairs

Reports to: India COO & Co- Founder

Designation – Senior Manager/ General Manager

About the Role

Looking at the depth of the opportunity in India, we are looking for a Head of Public Affairs, to not only understand the complex regulatory landscape w.r.t. health & safety, labour, environment, pollution and other such allied laws, but also play a key role in shaping the policies and ensuring their compliance. The role would also include key areas like-

• Facilities management
• Licenses management of all kitchens and offices
• Management of issues which affect smooth functioning of operations such as landlord relationships, relationships with local authorities such as police, traffic police, municipal authorities etc.
• Related administrative responsibilities such as insurance management, office administration management and shaping the overall policies for the areas under the role’s ambit

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who has had more than 8+ years experience of building a strong compliance framework in an organization while liasoning with various government authorities to shape the policies.

An experience with Food & Beverages / QSR / Retail industry would be an added advantage.
