Job Description:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, including managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring excellent customer service. In addition, the role involves overseeing on-site sales and customer service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective processes and procedures.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and profitability.

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Oversee on-site sales and customer service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving business development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and expense reports.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company’s brand and reputation.
