Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the operations team, ensuring high performance and efficient process management.

• Collaborate closely with other C-suite executives to shape the company’s overall business strategy and contribute to its execution.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including vendors, partners, and customers to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain operational excellence across all functions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operations management within the SaaS or related tech industry, with a maximum of 18 years.
• Previous experience in a high-level operations role, preferably within a startup environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic solutions and implement them with measurable success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
