Job Description

Role: Motion Graphic Designer cum Animator

Location: Kolkata, WFO only, 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute

campaigns.

• Ensure designs are visually appealing, aligned with our brand guidelines, and optimized for different platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare final artwork for production and distribution.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Provide input on creative direction and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Experience in creating motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 – ?360,000.00 per year
