RedHat Hiring for Project cordinator, CEE Enablement at Pune, India Full Time

Job summary

The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) Enablement team is looking for a data-driven Project Manager to join our Business Operations team in Pune, India. In this role, you will manage projects from initiation to delivery that are focused on the core operational implementation of CEE’s business. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and review all project economics including costs, operational budgets, resources, and risks. While effectively managing a project, you will also be responsible for helping instill an organizational project management discipline and serve as an ambassador for the adoption of project management fundamentals, principles, and methodologies within Red Hat.

Primary job responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities

• Work closely and collaborate with regional, global, and cross-functional teams to gather input, create solutions, and carry out tasks and projects

• Identify issues, facilitate problem-solving, and recommend solutions

• Maintain knowledge and awareness of the organization’s roles, goals, and procedures to help create operational standards and efficiency

• Manage the relationships with all the stakeholders

Required skills

• Direct experience with a similar role like project coordinator in an international technology organization

• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets

• Highly motivated to broaden your experience in a project management role

• Written and verbal communication skills in English

• Business-oriented and data-driven with analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively across a diverse management team and a broad spectrum of internal partners

The following are considered a plus:

• Ability to quickly adapt to business processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail

• Ability to communicate the project management value proposition
