Job Description

Required Onsite Support Engineer for BKC, Nariman Point Site : Conduct troubleshooting by asking targeted questions to diagnose problems and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Customize desktop applications to meet user needs If System is under warranty from OEM and call cannot be solved by us due to Hardware issue, escalate call to OEM service Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting of Computers, Printers, Servers (active Directory), Firewall (basic), Storage device (basic), basic Networking and Software Installation / Troubleshooting. Maintain depository of latest software’s, operating system versions, testing tools and software patches. Understand clients IT infrastructure by getting inputs from client, checking systems physically and asking probing questions Understand system logs, communication between different systems Maintain daily work reports in given format and share it with teal leader Record technical issues and solutions in logs Create technical support documentation and manuals for helping other team membersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR15,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
