EXPERIENCE

Duties you’ll be entrusted with:

• Smoothly onboarding the clients & understanding their specific requirements
• Data creation & preparation of reports and dashboards for performing analysis.
• Owning up the B2B accounts and ensuring the client has weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact.
• Providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently.
• Designing and executing programs (online or offline) to increase engagement among Clientele
• Arranging for all logistical things required for the smooth functioning of various B2B accounts.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

• We are looking for a creative copywriter who is dedicated to crafting excellent original content. The person must be able to express themselves in the most creative ways, with the least number of words.

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of customer success/account management experience
• Experience and knowledge in the Health & Wellness field would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Experience in organizing events
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to be able to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi is a plus
