We take Customer Support very seriously. You will interact with our customers over email and phone calls to ensure that any issues that they may face are aggressively solved.
What you will do:
Handle communication with customers over email, phone calls and social media
Coordinate with vendors for our production requirements
Coordinate with logistics and payment partners
Inventory management across Redwolf and third party marketplaces
What we are looking for:
Good spoken and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Entry level candidates are welcome
Position: This is a full time position based out of our office in Mumbai.
