• PM-JAY Desk Management: Oversee and facilitate the PM-JAY program, ensuring eligible patients understand their benefits and have a smooth process.
• Patient Guidance: Assist and guide patients on treatment options available under the PM-JAY scheme.
• Scheme Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PM-JAY policies to ensure compliance and correct application.
• Coordination with Staff: Work closely with administrative and medical staff to coordinate patient care under the PM-JAY scheme.

What You Bring

• Education: BHMS, DHMS qualification from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a hospital setting, with knowledge of PM-JAY or similar government healthcare programs.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of PM-JAY processes, and ability to manage patient queries.
• Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
