We are currently looking for a  Product Owner to join our team in India.

Objective:

The Product Owner understands healthcare business and operational needs of Relatient clients and supports the development and delivery of technology and services requirements to maximize value under periodic guidance. The Product Owner will need to utilize SDLC and Agile methodologies for software development initiatives & requirements to be able to collaborate in a team environment working on small projects &/or components of larger projects.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the principal party responsible for day-to-day interactions with software engineering teams, with specific emphasis on ensuring common understanding of, and adherence to. requirements and timelines.
• The Product Owner will be able to translate complex or ambiguous healthcare business problem statements into specific and actionable software requirements
• Proactively and independently work with stakeholders to ensure delivery of requirements to use cases
• Define and document test cases for validation and acceptance of functional software.
• Build a detailed understanding of Client Sucess processes and how they map to workflows and data
• Build knowledge on data and metrics of the wider business for providing the big picture on the client experience and how it translates into business metrics
• Actively drive automation of data used to validate requirements by scaling data processes and create self-service tools
• Actively manage and support the timeline and deliverables of projects, anticipate risks, and resolve issues with team members
• Identify and recommend solutions to risks within the development plan and roadmap.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required.
• High proficiency with technology and tools commonly used within the SDLC and Agile environments, such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Office, SQL based languages
• 3+ years of experience working in Business Analysis, Product Owner, or a comparable role
• 3+ years of experience within healthcare administrative, operational, or clinical domains involving patient engagement, call-center operations, scheduling, revenue cycle, registration or related domains.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), active listening, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills.
• The Product Owner should have exceptional product delivery skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
