Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
To Report Regional Head of Sales and support RSM by co-ordination and administering the sales information system. To Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales related MIS reports including Daily sales tracking/ forecasting report, market share analysis, gross margin analysis by market. Provide all other administration services for the regional sales department and staff. Make a positive contribution to Sales Department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business
- Prepare and Produce daily, weekly, monthly sales reports for regional Sales team, within required deadlines.
- Generation MIS and Sales reports through SAP System and SAP (BI).
- Managing in various office utilities and other administrative work of the Regional Office.
Financial
- Handling Regional Office Expenses – Petty Cash.
- Tracking and clearance all Utilitie bills etc.
- Coordinate with sales teams for daily orders, collections, UTR No and submission of scheme documents.
Customer Oriented
- Managing Distributor Relationship, handling their grievances.
- Coordination and communication with sales team and distributors on C-Form pendency etc.
- Assist Sales Team in providing all relevant data / MIS support.
People Oriented
- Supervising working of office staff.
- Tracking of daily attendance of complete regional sales team including Office staff.
