The administrative coordinator will support the revenue, project management and content teams, helping with client communication/follow-up, running advertising reports, updating sales contacts, handling customer service requests and more.
The position will also provide weekly reports to department heads — from web and social media analytics, to circulation and revenue — keeping our team aware of the vital data we use to make strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate is someone who will spot opportunities to improve efficiency and make sure we are operating productively. They are an organized self=starter with a desire to help. They need to be a good communicator via phone and email.
Experience with Excel, digital ad management software (like DFP) and web analytics is a MAJOR plus.
Because RELEVANT sits at the crossroads of the Christian and mainstream marketplaces, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of both markets.

Assist with the collection and deployment of creative assets for all paid and internal advertising campaigns (print, digital, podcast, e-blast and newsletter)
Monitor progress on ad campaigns and share findings with account managers on a bi-weekly basis
Monitor programmatic ad networks and confirm that they are abiding by our block lists
Monitor digital inventory and sales staff updated on over- and undersold ad zones
Pull weekly RELEVANT Reports (stats on podcast downloads, website traffic, video views, circulation, social media)
Test and send weekly RELEVANT+ Newsletter
Handle RELEVANT+ and RELEVANTstore.com customer service requests
Other tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
A strong knowledge of, and genuine passion for, RELEVANT’s audience, subject matter and purpose
The ability to multi-task on numerous accounts or campaigns
Experience with digital advertising networks, including DFP, a plus
Effective time management and organizational skills
Good communicator (client facing)
