Relevant Hiring For Digital Content Creator at Remote Full Time

Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media. They will be responsible for posting daily RELEVANT content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok—leading efforts to grow those audiences and innovate within each platform, all while staying true to the brand’s unique voice and focus.

The position will not only be the person who writes and creates posts, but also is a brand personality appearing on Stories/Reels/TikTok, podcasts and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

Of the skill sets, having a great eye for design and the ability to create engaging social media content is vital because that’s the majority of the job. You’ll be working with our designer and editors to ideate social media strategy, posts, marketing messaging and more.

Second is having a personality that RELEVANT can put on camera. You’ll be doing Stories/Reels/TikToks, as well as play a role on our podcasts and other platforms.

And, oh yeah, you’ll need to be able to write content in the voice of the brand—for marketing, social media and the magazine/website as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow RELEVANT’s content reach by developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive social media output that align with brand strategy.

Work with the creative and editorial teams to create and deploy daily social media content — writing posts, choosing/shooting images, shooting video, designing graphics, etc.

Utilize social media best practices to achieve brand and business objectives.

Provide ongoing insight into the latest social media tactics/technologies, and formulate strategies for adoption when necessary.

Write marketing copy for advertising campaigns as needed.

Host social media Stories/TikToks/Reels and be a brand on-camera personality.

Be fresh eyes on content quality. Make sure headline voice, content tone and overall editorial quality is consistent and effective across platforms, from newsletters to web to print and social media. While producing and posting the content, be brand quality control.

Contribute to RELEVANT’s podcasts, video and other media projects.
