Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. As part of our full-time staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our high-end luxury residential and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in architectural design and coordination, showcasing proficiency in both mandatory and requisite skills. Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Experience in design coordination for high-end residential, commercial & hospitality projects
• Expert proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) for creating and modifying digital blueprints and models.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural design principles and best practices (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for detailed planning and design layout execution.
• Experience with SketchUp for conceptualization and model presentations.
• Proficient in sustainable design practices, ensuring eco-friendly construction methods.
• Ability in 3D visualization to bring architectural plans to life with realistic renderings.
• Familiarity with GFC for comprehensive coordination of construction processes.
• Experience with residential drawings, vital for high-end residential and commercial spaces.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from conceptual development through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
• Utilize Revit and other architectural design software tools to create detailed and accurate project plans.
• Apply sustainable design practices to create environmentally friendly and resource-efficient projects.
• Conduct detailed review of residential drawings and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients and construction teams, to align project objectives and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure project compliance and innovation.
