Responsibilities

Digital Platform Implementation:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital platform implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with IT teams or external vendors to ensure smooth integration and deployment of digital platforms.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of digital platforms meet business needs.

Dashboard Creation and Management:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Customize dashboards according to specific business requirements and user preferences.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and decision-making.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Master Data Management:

• Establish and maintain processes for master data creation, maintenance, and governance.
• Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Service Standards Compliance:

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery against defined guidelines and standards.
• Identify gaps or areas for improvement in service delivery processes and workflows.
• Recommend and implement solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and updates on service performance to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-6 years) working as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital platforms and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Basic understanding in dashboard creation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with master data management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Project management experience is a plus.
