> Prepare Bill of material (BOM) and design raw material consumption (RMC) for RFQ and tender response by doing detailed study of technical tender/requirements.

> Prepare/Validate calculations on the proposed concep for optimum cost benefit analysis.

> Proficiency of 3D CAD modeling and drawing (Solidworks/Catia preferred) for composite products.

> Prepare sketches and draw up designs using input from manager & domain expert on the team.

> Generate design calcs like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis for all tytpes of compsities structures,

> Develop designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards requirements.

> Validate/Submit drawings to line manager/higher management and construction teams for approval and external agency approval.

> Use customer feedback and data to upgrade, improve the company’s existing design concepts while developing various filament winding applications.

> Finalize designs and deliberate with production department. Work under guidance to provide main application engineering interface with customers.

> Respond to RFQ for Chemical Proess equipment using legitimate design standards.

> Proficiency towards understanding basic of finite element analysis (FEA), optimization, and statistical tools under guidance of domain experts.

> Support data on what type of engineering material data are required for composites applications

> Work as an individial contributor to utilize six-sigma tools for filament winding projects to ensure first time right.

> Interact with suppliers and operation personnel to promote continuous improvement of engineering disciplines, communication and teamwork.

Understand & work towards implementing composites technologies by doing design calculations checking throughout manufacturing feasibility. Capability to generate the data to justify advantages and benefits of new trend to the customer.

Able to complete design of metro applications as per international regulatory and functional requirements from customers. Able to do referance benchmarking, interface management and quality improved concept generation in order to trouble shoot the issues.

Understand the customer and tender requirement. Convert these requirements in to engineering requirement. Should work under guidance to meet these requirements
