Composite materials processing, Pultrusion machine operation, Quality control in composite manufacturing, Production scheduling, Pultrusion die design, Safety management in manufacturing, Lean manufacturing techniques, Troubleshooting and maintenance of pultrusion equipment,

‘*Responsible for issuing materiala from stores as per requirement.

  • Address breakdown problems/ trouble shooting related to production activities.
  • Responsible for machine operation and maintain the log book related to production like machine information, trouble shooting information etc.
  • Maintain the records of Resin mixing, Fabric mat cutting and production
  • Ensure Quality of products as per specifications
  • Ensure proper housekeeping during the shift and comply with Safety standards.
  • Perform any other additional duties as and when assigned by the manager

Education Qualifications: Diploma / B.Sc. – Chemistry / Mechanical / Textile

Experience (Must Have & Good to Have)1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
