To implement maintenance processes and plan, schedule & manage all activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance systems and facilities, in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to ensure effective execution of maintenance work at site, as per the established REAM processes and procedures as well as overall operations quality, safety and regulatory frameworks

SECTION IV: SUCCESS METRICS (TOP 3-5 KPI’s)

• Adherence to daily and weekly plan – Adherence to budget – Work Order Management as per plan – Inventory Turnover – Shutdown turn around time – On-time scheduled maintenance rate – Manpower / resource Productivity – 100% compliance on master data – 100% compliances on all statutory laws

SECTION V: OPERATING NETWORK

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering preferred)

Experience (Must Have & Good To Have)

• Upto 3 years of experience in maintenance/ planning in similar or leading industries – Well versed with planning and scheduling systems/tools like SAP-PM, SAP-MM and MS Project
