Transportation :

1]To supervise / monitor overall transport administration at site.

2]Responsible for complete operation of all transport facilities at Site such as Employee Bus Service, Employee Owned Cars / Two Wheelers and private hired Taxi management.

3]Supervise & maintain all related records of vehicles, work orders / contractors list / contract Labour working in this area.

Gardening :

1] To monitor/coordinate gardening services for entire Site with the Horticulturist.

2] Supervise & maintain all related records, work orders / contractors list / contract Labour working in this area.

Good House-keeping :

1] To monitor/coordinate housing keeping services for entire Site.

2] Supervise & maintain all related records, work orders / contractors list / contract Labour working in this area.

Other areas :

1] To monitor/coordinate mail-distribution/courier services for the entire Site.

2] To supervise & maintain complete infrastructure facilities at Site.Coordinate & organize the requirements for the site.

3] To ensure fulfillment / establishment / follow-up of all Licenses and other related matters pending with various government departments & statutory bodies / local authorities such as Factory Inspectorate#s Office, MIDC, MSEB, MPCB, ZP Office at Alibag, local Gram Panchayat#s Office, etc.,

4] To maintain very good public relation with the authorities from all such Offices related to the site management.

5] To assist in preparation of all legal documents as per the requirement including employee related to foreign visits, foreign bonds, passport, etc

Education Requirement :

Post-graduates will be preferred.

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 10-12 Years Experience In Similar Field.

Skills & Competencies :

Candidates must possess degree or diploma in administration and has atleast 10-12 years# experience in administration areas of large Manufacturing Site.He should also be a strong communicator & fluent in computers, MS Office, presentations, SAP, budgeting exercise, etc.
