• Lead the development and execution of skilling and non-farm program strategies in alignment with organizational goals and key principles.
• Ensure the program’s responsiveness to current and future market demands by consistently updating
• content to address evolving industry needs.
• Identify existing gaps and challenges for the youth towards employability
• Support in forging strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders including government bodies, colleges,
• and industry leaders to enhance program visibility and reach.
• Responsible for monitoring project activities and ensuring that project outputs and outcomes are achieved.

Education Requirement :

• Necessary: Background in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work,
• Management. Candidates with educational background in other disciplines may be considered based o relevant experience.
• Desired: Development Sector

Experience Requirement :

• Necessary: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the development sector, with a focus on livelihoods, skilling, or related areas.
• Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
