Reliance Infrastructure Looking For Head of Corporate Affairs at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time
We are looking for a senior professional to head our Corporate Affairs function. The role involves leading regulatory strategy, driving high-level government engagement, and ensuring timely statutory clearances essential for business operations and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory & Statutory Clearances:
- Ensure timely approvals including Right of Way (ROW), environmental & forest clearances, land acquisition, utility shifting, and permits from urban and municipal bodies.
- Government & Institutional Liaison:
- Build strong relationships with ministries, departments, regulators, and local authorities to facilitate clearances, compliance, and policy alignment.
- Stakeholder & Policy Engagement:
- Represent the company in forums and with industry bodies; proactively manage regulatory and reputational risks.
- Work closely with legal, project, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of regulatory and governance frameworks.
Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate in Law, Public Policy, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 15 years in corporate/government affairs in infrastructure, energy, or utilities.
- Proven experience in managing ROW and multi-agency approvals.
- Strong network across government and regulatory bodies.
- High discretion, execution focus, and stakeholder management skills.
