Position : Senior Moulding Technician
Visa : S Pass
Working Hours : 12 HRS SHIFT
Salary : 2900$ / Month
JOB ROLE :
Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including- set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.
Working with production personnel and toolmaker to ensure molded components meet quality requirements, making adjustments as required.
Providing molded components in a timely manner in order to ensure production and sample schedules are met.
Identify any abnormality or product that did not fulfills the quality standard during production, must trace back effected source and report to leader/supervisor immediately.
Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
Generating documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.
