Through its proprietary website and mobile app, medtigo offers education, credentials management and a growing marketplace as well as professional staffing opportunities.Summary of role: We are looking to hire a dedicated content writer to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. The content writer’s responsibilities will include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company’s website, and promoting the company blog to third-party platforms. He/ She should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.To be successful as a content writer, He/ She should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques. Ultimately, a top-performing Content Writer should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Produce well-researched content for publication online

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.

• Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site

• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers. Must be able to create original written content (“write from scratch”), particularly blogs and news stories.

• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms

• Edit content produced by other members of the team

• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems

• Promote content on social media

• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

• Update website content as needed

REQUIREMENTS:Must have skills:

• Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with experience in all types of social media.

• Excellent writing and editing skills as evidenced by a portfolio of published articles.

• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Experience using WordPress, Weebly etc.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field

• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics

• At least three years of experience writing for a B2B or B2C audience
