• Candidate should have a pleasing personality
• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Helping in organizing games, events, Office lunch
• Managing overall Admin work
• Upload and fill data in internal dashboards
• Wide variety of administrative tasks like preparing reports, compiling documents, organize and maintaining office inventory

Skills required are:

• Candidate should have proven experience as a front desk representative
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Printer)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
