Location: Remote : (Work from Home)

Job Description: Senior Process Executive will be responsible for processing and managing the agent’s carrier appointment process.
**
Responsibilities: The Process Executive has the following responsibilities and duties:
Processing agent’s carrier appointments and termination.
Recording, documenting and tracking the appointments and terminations.
Handling agent queries on carrier appointments and login issues.
Managing the automation process of agent’s carrier appointments.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using various platforms and software, i.e., Microsoft products, etc.
Excellent research skills
Experience in working in process-oriented tasks
Demonstrate proactiveness skills

Timings:
9 AM EST to 6 PM EST(6:30 Pm to 4 Pm IST)
