Job Profile:

• Minimum 10 Years Experience In the Desired Field
• Reconciliation of Cash & Bank Book on daily basis
• Reconcile Debtors & Creditors and other related sub-ledger accounts, including taxes collected and paid to Govt. Treasury (Taxes Certification)
• Preparing and reviewing monthly / periodic budget and expenditure statements.
• Filing returns online: GST, TDS
• Assist in computing employee salaries, ESI, PF etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess the following skills

• Tally (latest version)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Internet/web based applications
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Multi-tasking

• Verify and reconcile contracts, orders against certified outward bills, vouchers prior to settlement.
• Passing Journal Entries using Tally and / or Company s ERP (automated) System.
• Preparing ledgers, P&L statements and monthly closing reports.
• Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditor for preparing and finalizing Audit schedules and various audit related reports.
• Establish, co-ordinate, maintain and Monitor compliance of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
• Co-ordinating with clients, statutory departments and other bodies for accounts related matters

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
