Position Overview
Replicon Software is currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to complete the administrative responsibilities related to Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Manager of Marketing Operations, this is a good opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in an operations related role.
Responsibilities
- Performing various types of account research on regular and ad-hoc basis
- Research and associate contact and account records accurately in Salesforce.com
- Performing other research, analysis, data quality and support projects for the global marketing organization
- Review incoming leads and distribute fairly among the new business Sales Representatives
- Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the database. Work closely with marketing and business development in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes
- Ensure all assigned reports are completed accurately and sent to customers on time.
- Review all incoming emails from assigned sales inbox and forward to the applicable person, department, and/or escalate to the Sales Director
Qualifications:
- Graduation is a must
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
- Ability to organize, multi‐task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
Must be willing to work in North American Shift timings.
