We are just living a life, fulfilling our dreams.KRAs: Screening & Shortlisting Resumes. Schedule & conduct Interviews. Selection & OfferMission Responsibilities: Planning support in Organizational Recruitment process. Coordination with various departments and understand their requirements. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Source and screen applications for AI, IoT and Blockchain positions. Job posting, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference head hunting. Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience. Conducting Telephonic and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads. Call candidates for interview and make necessary arrangements for all types of interviews (face to face, telephonic, etc.) Set up interview panel and conduct interviews. Select candidate matching job requirements. Keep track of recruiting metrics. Identify job portals for sourcing of candidates. Complete recruitment plan as per manpower schedule. Achieve targets. Do negotiation with candidate as per compensation budget. Finalize candidate in consultation with Management. Give offer to candidate.Pre Requisites to be part of the Talent family Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
