This will involve maintaining high levels of organisation with office facilities and also making sure that all processes within the company are transparent and accessible to all that work here.While we are at it, no we don’t make rangoli and only celebrate monthly birthdays hereRoles & ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance of office system/work space/facilities managementDaily/weekly/ Monthly inspections of facilitiesManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementOffice inventory management & keeping a track recordManaging a team of inhouse office staffSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedVisitor/Guest management – ReadinessSupport budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Vendor management external & internalAsset allocation & Asset tagging & managementAdherence to policies & compliancesManage inhouse eventsScheduling expenditures, analyzing varians & intiatining corrective actionsEligibility3+ years of experience in managing processes, developing standards, promoting process improvement, tracking budget expenses, and staffingExpert in supervision, delegation, reporting skills, supply management, and inventory controlGood written and verbal communication skillsYou’ll have to be excellent in MS office and should be open to learn new softwares and systemsYour time management and multitasking skills must be on fleek!Amazing coordination skills.Track record management.Flexible with time schedules.Budget and calendar management.Patience and attention to detail should be your best jewels as accessories!You must be collaborative.Decision making, accountability, efficiency and execution must be your best friends!Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹11,878.00 – ₹59,549.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Required)Recruiters & Staffing Occupations: 3 years (Required)Work Remotely:No
