To manage overall Talent Acquisition life cycle for business divisions and aligning support to HR Head.
Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition life cycle for business divisions with a strong focus on strategy, planning, driving fulfillment metrics and processes.
Provide leadership to the sourcing process across volume and niche requisitions through all related channels of recruitment – internet searching skills, head hunting, social media, job boards, database mining, referrals, cold calling, vendors and other recruiting techniques.
Effectively understand personnel requisitions to ensure attraction of appropriate talent. Provide technical expertise and sound business acumen by sharing market intelligence information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Design job descriptions by understanding job profiles and job specifications; Facilitate shortlisting activities, interviews, final discussions, salary negotiations and negotiations and pre-on boarding.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Assist in manpower planning, quarterly hiring reports, recruitment tracker.
Facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
Maintain accurate and informative recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness (channel mix, cost of hire, quality of hire, etc.)
Proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation levels, etc.
Partner closely with the stakeholders to understand the diversity and inclusion goals of the organization and develop a talent acquisition road map to meet those goals.
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in the consulting/service sector/search firms
Master’s degree in human resources or related area of study. MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 will be preferred
Experience working within fast-paced, dynamic, direct recruit methods and complex hiring processes
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with a focus on delivering value added client experience.
Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability in managing candidate campaigns, cold calling and networking
Previous experience with Taleo/ICIMS
Excellent computer and systems skills, with a strong knowledge of MS Office Software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral).
Self-starter and able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
Ability to deal with competing priorities and be able to manage time appropriately.
A person who is a quick processor and brings a positive and high-energy approach to getting things done.
