Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have Cyber security knowledge and skills as it relates to monitoring security tools for potential malicious behaviors and providing incident response and escalation to the incident response team.
• The ideal candidate will gain knowledge of endpoint security technologies, vulnerability management, network security technologies and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• The candidate should have working knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS Office.
• Keep up to date with the latest security and technology developments.
• Primary research on emerging cyber security threats and ways to manage them.
• Assist in planning for disaster recovery in the event of any security breaches.
• Assist in finding solutions for cyber-attacks, intrusions and unusual, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
• Test and evaluate security products.
• Assist in designing new security systems or upgrading existing ones.
• Use analytic tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities.
• knowledge and hands-on experience of LAN (wired & wireless), WAN, and Firewall, Network, Storage and Backup environments.
• Experience with Network Management Systems architecture, such as network monitoring, fault detection, device management, etc.
• Experience with network management tools such as Cisco Prime, Panorama.
• Experience with network monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, Nagios.
• Experience with helpdesk software systems such as ServiceNow.
