Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and competitive field salesperson to join our team. It’s a field job and almost 80% time you will be on the field to meet the farmers, Chawki Rearing Centers (CRCs) and input retailers. You should have good communication and convincing skills.

1. Sales of Inputs and IOTs to farmers and retailers

2. Onboarding of CRCs and Chawki sales to farmers

3. Reach the given sales targets

4. Farmer meetings and field demos

5. Sales payments collections

6. Build relationships with the customers

Preference

Preference will be given to sericulture/agriculture graduates with 1-3 years of experience in sales
