We are hiring for “Quality Control” profile in leading manufacturing company at Boisar(Palghar) Location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To check and analyse Raw material and packaging material before manufacturing
• To conduct testing of RM/PM/Finished Goods/ Actives with the help of Analytical instruments and techniques
• To monitor manufacturing process during production as per standard approved documents
• To calibrate analytical instruments and get calibration from external agency before the due time
• To troubleshoot the problems occurred during manufacturing
• To inspect packaging lines & issues on line clearance, capable of reporting rejection & production data
• To review and update Raw material & Packaging material specifications
• To prepare testing specifications
• To prepare, review and update working standards
• Incoming, Inprocess and Outgoing Inspection, Dispatch
• Recording, Analysis & countermeasures of Inhouse & Customer complaints
• Document preparation & Implementation to improve quality of product(work instruction, SOP, Rejection reports)
• Issuance of Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) for Packaging Components
• Prepare accurate, complete and GMP-compliant documentation for FG products
• Familiar with FDA, BIS, ISO, GMP guidelines.

• Experience -3 year experience in quality control
• Basic Computer Skills(Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Problem solving Skills
• Ownership qualities
• Good Communication
• Good understanding about Quality – Familiar with FDA, BIS, ISO, GMP guidelines.
• Result oriented, continuous learner.
