Full Job Description
(Females Preferred)1. Existing Clients/Projects: Act as a Customer Relationship Executive managing all existing clients and their day today issues with their solar plants and coordinate it with the maintenance & service team. Providing regular updates to the client about the status of the issue and ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible.Coordinate with clients and provide them monthly performance reports & bill analysis.Inform clients about various offers/services the company is offering via calls/WhatsApp and on other necessary platforms as and when required.Maintain various records and collect data in excel sheets.2. Ongoing Projects: Managing and coordinating of all the proceedings of the project and act as a point of contact among employees, clients, and the Director.Take regular follow-ups from the operations team and keep the client updated with the proceedings of the project via calls/e-mails/WhatsApp.Must have great leadership skills and encourage team to ensure work is delivered within a given timeline.Taking follow-ups from the client end for the payments as per the payment schedule and ensuring that all the payments are received in time.Coordinate with vendors for various goods and services and ensure that all the goods and services are delivered well before the deadline.Tracking and maintaining the complete documents related to the project including the DISCOM approvals, receipts, warranty cards etc.3. Supporting Sales Team: Support sales team by creating user friendly and interesting proposals for potential clients.Inform potential leads about various offers/services the company is offering via calls/WhatsApp and on other necessary platforms as and when required.Tele-calling and educating the potential clients about the benefits of solar and efficiently fix meetings for the sales team.Maintaining records of the potential leads with all necessary data in excel sheets.Fetch contact details of various targeted clients and try to establish communication with them so that the sales team can take it forward.4. Office Administration: Efficient in providing prompt support, in case the Director is unavailable.Screen and Direct phone calls and messages to the Director.Take up responsibilities like making travel plans, preparing itinerary, and managing calendars.Efficiently organize and computerize office filing system and enable smooth functioning of operations, whilst handling logistics, maintain calendars, and organize meetings.Streamline micro and macro level processes and coordinating with all the departments of the company.Proficient in research over internet and development.Maintaining the cleanliness of office premises with the help of housekeeping staff and keeping a record of it.Format the information for external and internal communication flow, and conduct constant follow-ups.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience as CRM/AdminMust be proficient in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent Follow-up skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Durgapura, Jaipur – 302018, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Language:English (Required)
