Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities · To maintain physical and virtual server environment by identifying requirements, installing and monitoring the system performance.· Source citations and technical specifications for planning and implementing upgrades of IT infrastructure.· To perform periodic server capacity analysis and to ensure IT resources meets all requirements.· Acting as a focal point in Microsoft O365 administration and assist in creating and administering user account as well groups.· Executing planned phase of antivirus definition updates, server patching and service pack management for Servers and Endpoints.· Managing group policies and rollouts· Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures· Should be able to create SOP/Knowledge Base documents and to provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers.· Coordination with 3rd party resolution group as per requirement.Technical Experience · Expertise in area of maintenance of windows infrastructure, Windows Servers 2012 to 2019 and sound hands on experience with VMware Virtualization technology.· Managing ESXI and Horizon VMWare Technologies.
