Manage and rollout the WebEx conferencing. Experience in UCCX – Skill, Queue & Agent provisioning. Admin / support skills in Adjunct Cisco applications including Nice, Verint call recorders. UCCX scripting experience. Ability to work with other platforms – Cisco CME & Avaya. Knowledge on recordings platforms such as Verint, NICE etc.
