Job Description

Addressing the day-to-day repair activities and repair team player
Ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget
Managing support teams and evaluating performance metrics
Preparing detailed CAPA and RCA report for the repetitive failures and site observation to solve the problem end to end
Repair inventory planning, monitoring
Responsible for Repair KPIs ( TAT & IO/TNS)

Qualifications

BE in Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Mechatronics / Instrumentation with 7 – 10 Years of relevant expereince
Preferred Skills / exposures:
Strong technical repair and troubleshooting
knowledge & understanding of Motion controllers, Servo Drives , PLC’s CNC‘s Printing/Packaging /General automation Industry also
Good understanding of Commercial terms
Solid Communication skills, Techno-commercial skill, Negotiating skills, Presentation skills etc.
Should be a Go-getter, Willing to travel.
Should have good personality, Problem solver,
Team worker. Should be capable of working independently with own initiative to meet set targets
