Job Profile: Voice Process Inbound – IRO

Location: Pune and Mumbai
- Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).
- Age limit: 18 – 32
- Need to handle inbound calls.
- Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.
- Good spoken and written language skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.
- Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts
6-3 , 10-7 , 3-9 [tentative time]
- Undergraduate/ Graduate (any).
- Easy customer service process
- No sales target
CTC :
Full Time – 16,287/- per month
OT: 150 per hour
Important : candidate should at least have taken 1st & 2nd dose of vaccine
