Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling of customer complaint with CAPA and communicate to customer with 8D format.
2 Using customer portal Uploaded document related to quality issue.
3 Ensured and monitoring customer complaint effectiveness for the action plan.
4 To ensure that all internal quality procedure were implemented.
5 Conducting product, process and dock audit to reduce non-compliances.
6 Handling of documentation related to on job training record and skill matrix 7 Control and monitor final inspection activity by coordinating with QA inspector.
Candidates must be familiar with VSA audit system
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
