Ridham Enterprise Hiring for Education Specialist at Ahmedabad Full Time

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven Education Specialist who has prior experience in Teaching or who has been associated with International Board Schools (IB/ICSE etc ) . Education specialist should be interested in giving teacher trainings, demos, live interactions with schools on technology based solutions (Apple Products ) in education segment (K-12/ Higher Ed) . Education specialist should be able to help sales team in pre-sales and post sales interactions.

Candidate should have a good understanding of Education Ecosystem for IB boards / ICSE Boards / CBSE boards etc and manage 50-60 education accounts in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective pre and post sales strategy for new and existing customers
• Conduct teacher training (APD sessions) for Apple products and ed-tech solutions as part of pre-sales and lead sales team to conversion
• Conduct post-sales training sessions regularly in existing customers and help them evolve in teaching methodology by learning new techniques/ Apps etc
• Interact with Apple teams and stay up to date on all new subject related Updates to be downloaded to school and sales team.
• Stay updated & Attend all Apple Trainings and clear required certifications etc
• Research and Engage with new subject related Apps. Pitch /train teachers on the same.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all customer requirements , trainings etc.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Strategically place new products in existing customers during post sales sessions and pass on leads to sales team.
• Maintain and renew customers with help of regular interactions ,addressing and resolving issues if any on time.

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in education sector.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong consultative training and interactive skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Minimum experience of 4- 5 years in selling ed-tech solution in education domain.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹41,000.00 per month
