Full Job Description
Your Tasks
Achieve In-Direct Material KPI- interms of material cost, quality, delivery, project management, Annual Contracts, Service agreements,
Opex, Services, Capex and Safety.
Ensure all In-direct material sourcing processes are followed as per IMS guidelines
Internal audit as per ISO 9001:2015 and timely closure of NC
Represent external ISO Survillience Audit
Category Strategies preparation and execution for all Categories
Benchmarking with other industries for Services required on annual basis.
Having Authorised channel partner on board for Tool & Oil kind of category.
Cost saving projects identification and monitoring
Cost reduction by negotiation with suppliers, alternate source development, share of business monitoring, and alternate material.
Control of purchase price variances and cost containments
Cost settlement and annual rate contract with suppliers.
Annual Service / Maintenance contract.
Identify the Right supplier as per the Project requirements.
Sending RFQ to suppliers & clear doubts from Scope if any with the coordination of user function.
Commercial comparison & Understanding the rate basis of each commercial offers.
negotiate with suppliers & Prepare Commercial proposal to propose User function / Management.
Send PO / Agreement with right terms and conditions.
Review of Project executions.
Handover the Project to users function.
Snag list discussion & closure from supplier.
Getting Clear requirement from User, Find out respective sources / Suppliers, Preparation of Scope of Service with user function.
Getting Commercial offers. Comparison & Understanding commercial terms.
Write all contractual terms and conditions as well legal terms & getting approve from respective user & legal.
Approve Contract / Service contract.
Monitor the contract execution & resolve dispute if any during contract period.
Sending RFQ to concern Supplier, getting offers,
Commercial Negotiation including terms and conditions.
Support to buyer for Delivery execution.
Your Profile
BE / MBA will be added advantage
Experience- 12 to 15 years
Experience in In-direct Sourcing, Services, Corporate Purchase,Strategic sourcing and Supply Management Function.
Experience from Automobile, Machine Building organisation will be an added advantage.
