Goals
· Contribute towards smooth flow of entire service process through planning and execution

· Running successfully new projects and service programs
· Manpower Development through effective training, evaluation and motivation
· Ensure and propagate the work safety & hygiene across all service functions
Tasks
· Implementation and sustenance of basic and advance programs ( Kodavari , EM , BP Basic and Advance , DERAP , SHE )
· Measure and monitor SOP compliance in any service process and work with respective functional heads towards improvements
· Conducting DISHA audits as per standards and implementing the improvement points through PDCA approach.
· Conduction of SHE ( Safety , Health & Environment ) programs with support from HR and Admin.
· Preparing daily and monthly reports necessary for branch service operation in concurrence with GMCS
· Being a window person for TKM related to process and training.
· Concurrent AM Front Office in his absence (once a week)
· Coordination for training and manpower related activities for the group.
· Preparing and submitting training nominations for all the branches in coordination with GMCS for respective branches.
· Planning and executing In-house training in coordination with functional team.
· Continuous study of the process flow and identifying training needs from different areas. Check with all process PICs.
· Effective implementation and enhancement of the EM project with support from SM and JC.
· Preparing monthly reports necessary for service obeya
· Star Award Report
· Safety KPI upload in CDTMS monthly.
· Kaizen report submission monthly.
· Carryover report
Authority and Organizational position
· Authority to monitor SAs , technician’s performance in concurrence with SM.
· Authority to check, monitor and share feedback of any process gap in service.
· Reports to GMCS.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
