Job description1. Execute creative and engaging social media strategies and help in ideation
2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc. adapting content to suit different channels
3. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Facebook Creator Studio, Hootsuite, etc.
4. Create engaging text, image & video content across multiple platforms
5. Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
6. Plan, develop, implement & analyse the overall content & engagement strategy across platforms of our brands. Includes end to end management & reporting aimed towards constant growth.
7. Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
8. Undertake audience research
9. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
10. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
11. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
12. Analyse competitor activity
13. Recommend improvements to increase performance
14. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
15. Manage a budget for social media activities
16. Encourage collaboration across teams and departments
17. Regularly respond to customer enquiries via social media, WhatsApp, telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face video calls.Skills required1. Interest and understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
2. Copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform
3. Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
4. Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
5. Data-driven and highly analytical along with being highly skilled at community building and creating engaging content.
6. Excellent team working, collaboration, social and networking skills
7. Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
8. Project and campaign management skills
9. The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines
10. Data analysis and interpreting statistics
11. Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
12. An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
