Right Tic Hiring for Account Executive at Mumbai Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with related accounting controls.

• Checking, reviewing, and recording of all approved invoices received along with supporting documents including statutory compliances like TDS, GST

• Generating invoices for clients daily

• Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of the management.

• Preparation of monthly salary of the employees & sharing Salary Slips.

• Ensuring periodic (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual) compliance related to TDS, PT, Form 16, GST etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Good knowledge of accounting, from PO processing to Account reconciliations.

• Sound knowledge of the Procurement to Pay cycle including vendor management.

• Working knowledge of ZOHO Books is desirable.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com with 3 – 5 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
