NOTIFICATION FOR THE POSTS OF ASSISTANT PROFESSORS OF THE VARIOUS SPECIALTIES AND CIVIL ASSISTANT SURGEONS POSTS ON CONTRACT BASIS NOTIFICATION NO. 471/2022, DATED.29.03.2022. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for Civil Assistant Surgeon and Assistant Professors of various departments of Specialists to work in RIMS, Adilabad on contract basis. The appointment as contract employee is purely on temporary basis for a period up to 31.03.2023 or till the vacancies are filled by promotions/ regular appointment whichever is earlier. This contract placement does not confer any right for future Government appointment. Pay Scale: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,25,000/- per month for the post of Assistant Professors of various specialties and Rs. 52, 000/- per month for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon. Education Qualification: Sl. All Clinical Specialty candidates should have completed one year Senior Residency in concerned specialty in the Medical Colleges recognized by the MCI/NMC. The DNB candidates who have completed the course in an institute recognized by the NBE should be completed one year senior residency in a medical college recognized by the MCI/NMC. The DNB candidates from institutes not recognized by MCI/NMC needs to complete 3 years junior residency in addition to one year senior residency after completing DNB. Age: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44 years. The age is reckoned as on 01.07.2021 (Rule 12 (1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules. The upper age as relaxed by the Government of Telangana will be taken into consideration at the time of selection.
1) Selection will be done on Merit Basis

Selection will be done based on the following criteria:

For Broad Speciality: Marks obtained in MD/MS/DNB 70%
PG Degree (70%)
Post MD/MS/DNB experience 20%
(Five mark per each year
experience, maximum 20) **
Publications in indexed journals 10%
(both inclusive max. 10 marks) a) National : 1 mark per each
publication b) International: 2 marks per
each publication. TOTAL 100% Local candidates will be given preference.
Merit and Rule of Reservation will be followed. ** Relevant experience certificates have to be produced at the time of
walk-in interview for awarding 20% marks. For CAS (CIVIL ASSISTANT SURGEON) Marks obtained in MBBS (90%) 90% Age (10%)* 10% TOTAL 100%

(i) Total marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the
marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be
awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from 18 years
of age of the candidate. 0.5 mark will be awarded for one completed
year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age will be reckoned as
on 01-07-2021. (Example 1. If a candidate completes 20 years as on
01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 1.0 mark; Example 2. If a
candidate completes 30 years of age as on 01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 6.0 marks; Example 3. If a candidate completes 40 years of
age as on 01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 10.0 marks). (ii) Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above
criteria. (iii) Selections list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly
following the Rule of Reservation (ROR) and Presidential Orders. (iv) The Selected candidates shall maintain the Headquarters.
(v) It shall be noted that these positions are not transferable.

2) Rule of Reservation

(i) Rule of Reservations in respect of Community, Disability, Ex-Service Men/Women shall be strictly observed as ordered by the Government
of Telangana from time to time. (ii) The Rule of Reservations to local candidates is applicable as per the
Presidential order.

3) How to Apply

(ii) Filled in application form along with Self attested copies of the following Certificates Must be produced at the time of Walk in
Interview : 1 S.S.C or Equivalent examination. 2 Intermediate or 10 + 2 examination. 3 Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate
(MBBS/MD/MS/DM/MCH/DNB). 4 Marks Memos of all the years (qualifying examination) 5 Registration Certificates of Telangana Medical Council. 6 Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildhar/MRO concerned 7 Study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th class and in case
of Private study residence certificate from the Tahsildhar /MRO
concerned. 8 PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH
Quota. 9 Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-service Men
Quota. 10 1 Photograph duly pasted on the application form.
