The post holder will report to and work directly with the Vice-Chancellor to frame internal and external activitiesKey Responsibilities: To maintain daily schedules and coordinate the Vice-Chancellor’s commitments.To respond accurately and efficiently to all inquiries from the Vice-Chancellor, using their own initiative and liaising effectively with internal and external contacts.To service meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, presentations, and taking minutes.Preparation of all correspondence and other documentation as may be requested by the Vice-Chancellor from time to timeWhat we look for: Proficiency with multiple Microsoft office systems (PPT, Excel) and other related software Ability to plan systemsAble to work perfectly under strict deadlinesRelevant Work experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOther Information: University Location: Mandi Gobindgarh, ChandigarhJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mandi Gobindgarh – 147301, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:PA: 2 years (Required)
