Job Description:

Looking for a customer support executive to manage inbound customer calls and enquiries for moving services along with coordination with multiple crews via email, text messages and calls for USA moving and delivery business.

Experience:

• Freshers

Shift timings: US Shift: 8pm to 5am (Should be flexible with timings)

Work Culture: 6 days a week and Sunday fixed off

Location: Candolim

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Immediate Joinee
• Edu – Graduation/HSC
• Basic knowledge of US geography
• Understanding of US accent
• Should be well versed in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panjim, North Goa – 403001, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
