Ripple DME Hiring for Telesales Representative at Allahabad Full Time

We are looking for a results-driven telemarketer/telesales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers via telephone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and energetic personality, and a passion for sales. The telemarketer/telesales representative will be responsible for generating leads, setting up appointments, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers via telephone to promote our products and services
• Use scripts to provide information about product/service features, prices, and benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs and preferences
• Secure appointments for sales representatives to visit customers in-person
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services

Requirements:

• Proven telemarketing/telesales experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and results-driven with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or business administration is a plus

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position also offers the potential for commission-based earnings.
